Travel Italy - Maps from Our Heritage :: "Shipping Practices/Policies-Terms & Conditions" SHIPPING PRACTICES/POLICIES To addresses in the USA, shipping and handling (S/H) fees for Folded Maps is $3.00 for the first map, plus $1.50 for each additional map. Most items are shipped within 3-5 days. We normally ship orders by U. S. Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail to addresses within the USA. For shipping and handling fees for delivery to addresses outside of the USA, write to us at: sales@maps-italy-europe.com. RETURN POLICY If, when you receive your Maps, they are different than you expected - by following these simple steps, you can send your order back to us - at your expense - and receive a refund or replacement. While "maps-italy-europe.com" - "Our Heritage" is unable to refund shipping costs, we will gladly refund the cost of products returned in their original and 100% re-sellable condition within FIFTEEN (15) days of receipt. To process your request, all returns require prior, written Return Authorization from us. Prior to returning any products, please contact us at: sales@maps-italy-europe.com and provide the following: Order Reference number Customer Name "maps-italy-europe.com" - "Our Heritage" is unable to accept returns or process refunds in the following instances: Items previously mounted, with staple holes, push-pin holes or any other alteration Items that appear to have been unfolded and photo copied. Items that arrive at "maps-italy-europe.com" - "Our Heritage" damaged due to improper return packaging Items that are returned that are not pre-authorized Please allow up to two weeks for refund processing. DAMAGED PRODUCTS If a map is damaged at time of delivery e-mail us at: sales@maps-italy-europe.com Damaged or defective Maps will be replaced without charge.
